Vellulipaya Karam Recipe
Garlic Cloves – 1 whole
Mirchi Powder – 3 spoons
Salt – 1 spoon
Jeera – 1/2 tea spoon
Oil
Termpering Ingredients
Red chilly
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Preparation Method :
Add mirchi powder into mortar
Add salt and garlic cloves
Beat it with pestle
Beat it till it becomes smooth
Add jeera and grind again
Transfer it into a serving bowl
Heat a pan
Add oil
Add tempering ingredients
Add red chilli
curry leaves and asafoetida
Switch off flame
Now add the vellulikaram
Mix well
Now vellulikaram is ready to serve
