Vanjaram Fish Fry
Vanjaram fish fry recipe is a easy to prepare with simple ingredients. It is traditional fish fry recipe made with vanjaram fish. It is very tasty and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
Vanjaram Fish
Turmeric Powder
Garlic Paste
Soya Sauce
Dry Red Chili 8
Coriander seeds 3tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pepper seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Oil required to fry
Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
Wash and clean Vanjaram Fish properly.
Dry Roast all the ingredients – dry red chili, pepper seeds, cumin seeds and Fennel seeds.
Allow them to cool and grind it into a fine powder.
Take a bowl, add the ground powder, Turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, soya souce and salt and mix well.
Now, take each fish and coat with this masala mixture and marinate it for minimum 30 minutes in Frige.
After 30 mins, remove from fridge.
Heat oil in pan, add the marinated fish and fry until crispy on both the sides.
Now, the tasty and delicious vanjaram fish fry is ready to serve.
