Tomato Roti Pachadi
Ingredients :
Tomato – 1/2 kg
Green Chillies – 20 gms
Coriander – 1 bunch
Curry leaves – little
Tamarind – little
Garlic cloves
Jeera – 1 spoon
Tempering Ingredients – 2 spoons
Red Chillies – 1
Sesame seeds – 1/2 spoon
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
Heat a pan and add oil
Add green chillies and cover with lid
Let them to fry
Remove lid and take out
Now add tomato pieces into oil
Add coriander and salt to it
Add tamarind and mix
Cover and cook in low flame
After 5 minutes remove from flame
Now put fried green chillies into mortar
grind it with pestle
Now Garlic cloves and Jeera
Smash them
Now add cooked tomatoes and grind
Now take it into a serving bowl
Heat a pan for tempering
Add oil and heat
Add garlic clove
Add Tempering ingredients
Add red chilli and sesame seeds
Add curry leaves
Add the tempering to the tomato pachadi
Serve with Rice
