Telangana Famous Recipe Sarva Pindi
Telangana Famous Recipe Sarva Pindi is best ideal snack to serve in evening with Hot Tea or Coffee. Sarva pindi is known by different names as sarvappa, ginnappa etc.
The name Sarva Pindi or ginnappa is originated based on the cooking method involved in preparing this snack. Ginne or Sarva, means deep hallow cooking bowl, and appa or pindi means snack.
Ingredients Required to prepare Sarva Pindi
Rice Flour : 2 Cups
Garlic Slice : 6 Nos
Onion : 2
Sesame Seeds : 4 Tea Spoons
Cumin Seeds : 2 Tea Spoons
Chilli Powder : 1 Tea Spoon
Peanuts : Few
Palak Leaves : Few
Coriander : Few
Water : I Glass
Oil : 100 Ml
Salt : As per Requirement
Steps to Prepare Sarva Pindi
First Take a Bowl and add Onion Paste , Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Sesame Seeds , Rice flour, Cumin Seeds, Spinach.
Mix Above Ingredients well and add enough Water to make a soft dough
Take a pan and keep on low Flame add little oil.
Take a hand full for dough and make a ball spread all over the pan equally using your hands.
Also add oil on top of the Dough Paste and cover it with a lid and cook in slow flame till it is Turned to golden brown colour.
Now tasty Sarva Pindi is ready to Serve.
Serve with Chutney
