Semiya Pulihora Recipe
Ingredients to prepare Semiya Pulihora :

Semiya Pulihora preparation method :
Take 3 cups of water in vessel and boil with a tea spoon of oil and little salt.
When the water is boiling add semiya and cook.
When the same is cooked soft, then drain the water from semiya and add the cold water immediately, rinse well and drain.
Cut carrot, beans and chillies into thin long slices. Chop ginger finely.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, asafoetida and fry.
Add chopped green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
Add chopped carrot, beans and fry, add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Then add the cooked semiya and mix Well.
Remove from flame and add lemon juice mix gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Now the Semiya Pulihora is ready to serve, serve hot.
