Rava Dosa Recipe
Ingredients to prepare Rava Dosa :
Rice flour | 1 cup |
Suji rava | 1 cup |
Maida | 1/2 cup |
Green chilli | 2 |
onion | 2 |
Ginger | ½ inch |
Curry leaves | 8 to 10 |
Chopped coriander leaves | 2 table spoons |
Cumin seeds | 1 tea spoon |
Salt | as required |
Oil or ghee | for frying the dosa |
Rava Dosa preparation method :
Chop green chilli, onion, ginger, curry leaves and coriander.
Take the mixing bowl, mix the rice flour, suji rava, maida, chopped chillies, onion, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt.
Add water and mix well to make a battrer and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat the tava or non-stick pan, grease the tava with oil.
Pour the batterwith a ladle pour the batter from the edges towards the center.
Drizzle some oil on the top of dosa.
When the base becomes golden and crispy, flip and cook the other side of the dosa.
When both the sides are cooked, remove the dosa from the pan and place in a serving plate.
Now the Rava dosa is ready to serve.
Serve the rava dosa hot with coconut chutney.
