Onion Bajji

Ingredients

Gram Flour 1 cup
Rice Flour 2 table spoons
Onion – 2 big
Baking soda – a pinch
carrom seeds powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Preparation Method

Cut Onion into circles.
In a mixing bowl take besan or gram flour.
Add 2 table spoons of rice flour and carom seeds powder.
Add salt and baking soda and mix
Add water and mix into a thick batter and keep a side for 10 minutes.
Now dip the onions circles in the batter and drop in a hot oil.
Fry both the sides and remove from oil.
Serve hot
