Nethallu Chepala Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of Nethallu (Anchovies) fish, cleaned and washed
- 2 tablespoons of red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Apply the spice mixture to the fish and marinate it for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish pieces to the oil.
- Fry the fish for 5-7 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried fish from the oil and transfer it onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve the Nethallu Chepala Fry hot with steamed rice, lemon wedges, and onion slices.
