Mysore Bajji Recipe
Ingredients to prepare Mysore Bajji :
Maida flour | 2 cup |
Rice flour | 1/2 cup |
Curd | 1 cup |
Green chillies | 4 |
Ginger | 1inch |
Cumin seeds | 1 tea spoon |
Coriander | 2 tablespoons |
Baking soda | 1/2 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | to fry |
.Mysore Bajji preparation method:
Chop green chillies, ginger and coriander finely and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl take maida flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda, and cumin seeds.
Add curd and mix well, add required amount of water to make thick batter.
Then add chopped ginger, green chillies, and coriander and mix well.
Set the batter aside for about 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
Now take the batter with hands and drop as a lemon size balls like bondas in the hot oil.
Fry the bondas in till golden-brown all around.
Remove from oil and place on the paper napkin to remove excess of oil.
Now the Mysore Bajji are ready to serve, Serve them with coconut Chutney and Sambar.
