Indian Army Agnipath Agniveer Recruitment Notification
Indian Army on 20/ 06/2022 has issued a notification for Agniveer recruitment under Agneepath scheme 2022-23. The interested candidates whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years of any state in India can apply for this post.

Post Name : General Duty (GD) All Arms
Eligibility :
10th class, matric with 45% Marks and minimum 33% in each Subject.
Post Name : Agniveer Technical (All Arms)
Eligibility :
Intermediate Exam in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject. OR Intermediate Exam Passed in Any Recognized Board with 1 Year ITI Course.
Post Name : Agniveer Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner
Eligibility :
Intermediate Exam in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject. OR Intermediate Exam Passed in Any Recognized Board with 1 Year ITI Course.
Post Name : Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper (Technical) All Arms
Eligibility :
10+2 in Any Stream with Minimum 60% Marks Aggregate and Minimum 50% Marks in Each Subject.
Post Name : Agniveer Tradesman 10th Pass
Eligibility :
Class 10th High School Exam Passed in Any Recognized Board in India. Minimum 33% in Each Subject.
Post Name : Agniveer Tradesman 8th Pass
Eligibility : Class 8th Passed in Any Recognized Board in India. Minimum 33% in Each Subject
Physical Fitness Test :
- Group I
- Running 1.6 Km in 5 Min 30 Second
- Pull Ups 10 Times
- Group II
- Running 1.6 Km in 5 Min 45 Second
- Pull Ups 6-9 Times
Benefits of Agnipath Scheme
Young people aged between 17.5 to 23 years can apply in this Indian Army Agneepath Agniveer scheme 2022-23.
Agneepath scheme allows the youth to serve in the Indian Army for a period of four years.
The Agniveer will get 10% reservation in recruitment in Assam Rifles after 4 years.
Uttar Pradesh / Madhya Pradesh and other states will also give preference to Agniveer in police department recruitment.
LIC : Indian Army Agniveers will be provided life insurance coverage of Rs. 48 Lakhs for the duration of their engagement period as Agniveers in the Indian Army.
Agniveer Leaves :
Annual : 30 Days, Sick Leave. Medical advice based.
