Goat Head Curry Ingredients

Goat Head Meat — 1kg
Onion Big Size — 1
Tomato — 1
Chillies — 6
Coriander Leaves — 1 piece
Oil — 2 tbsp
Salt — 3 tbsp
Garam Masala — 2 tbsp
Turmeric — 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds — 1 tbsp
Coconut Small Piece
Red Chilli Powder — 2 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste — 2 tbsp

Goat Head Curry Preparation

Wash the Goat head Meat, Heat Oil in a Pan.
Add Chopped Onions and Green Chillies, Fry On Medium Flame until turn to Brown Colour.
Add Goat head Meat, Cook on medium flame on 10-15 min, Add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric, Salt, Poppy seeds Paste, Red Chilli Powder and Cook On Medium Flame (10-15).
Add Garam Masala Powder, Mix Well.
Close Pressure Cooker and cook upto (10-12)cooker whistle.
Sevrve in Bowl Very Hot and Delicious Curry.
