How To Make Small Fish(Jalalu) Curry
Fish Iguru Ingredients
Fishes 1Kg
Salt 3 tsp
Onion 2
Chillies 5
Oil 3 tsp
Garamm Masala 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Ginger and Garlic Paste 2tsp
Poppy seeds Paste 2 tsp
Coriander Leafs
Fish Iguru Preparation
. Heat 3 tsp of Oil in a pan. On medium Flame add chopped onions and Chillies. Add Curry Leaves and fry 3 to 4 min till onions turn to brown colour.
. Add Ginger and Garlic paste and fry for another 3 min.
. Add Poppy seeds Paste And Fry 2 to 3 min.
. Add Salt, tureric, chillipowder and add some water for cooking.
. Add Garam Masala, Add Fish pieces and cook 5 min on medium flame. Add Some More Water and Cook another 5 min.
. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the flame and Serve with steamed rice.
