Health Tips For Winter Season
Let’s see how to stay healthy and fit during winter’s colder months. Seasonal triggers such as allergens and climate conditions can make winter challenging for people with asthma.
Wash your hands properly and frequently to get a flu shot. Don’t sit near by the fireplace. Always keep your mouth closed, replace filters, try to exercise indoors. Warm up yourself before working out and take the neccessary steps to prevent asthma flares.
Keep your inhalers warm in order to avoid a cold aerosol spray. When you are exercising in cold air, wear a scarf or facemask over the nose and mouth to warm the air you are breathing.
Go a head to a Sauna or Steam Room, intake Vitamin Supplements, Drink Herbal Teas and try to Sleep Longer and Better. Also practice Meditation and relaxation techniques.
