Required Ingredients
Goat Head Meat — 1kg
Onion Big Size — 1
Tomato — 1
Chillies — 6
Coriander Leaves — 1 piece
Oil — 2 table spoon
Salt — 3 table spoon
Garam Masala — 2 table spoon
Turmeric — 1 table spoon
Poppy seeds — 1 tea spoon
Coconut Small Piece
Red Chilli Powder — 2 table spoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste — 2 table spoon
Goat Head Curry Preparation Method
Wash the Goat head Meat, Heat Oil in a Pan.
Add Chopped Onions and Green Chillies, Fry On Medium Flame until it turn to Brown Colour.
Add Goat head Meat, Cook on medium flame for 10-15 min.
Add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric, Salt, Poppy seeds Paste, Red Chilli Powder and Cook On Medium Flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add Garam Masala Powder , Mix Well.
Close Pressure Cooker and cook up-to 10 to 12 cooker whistle.
Serve in Bowl .
Very Hot and Delicious Goat heat Curry is ready to Eat with Rice or Chapati.
