Ingredients to prepare Chenagapindi Dosa :
Take chenagapindi, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add required amount of water and mix like dosa batter.
Chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves finely.
Add the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in the batter and mix well.
Place a non-stick tawa on the stove and pour a big ladle of the batter starting from the corner to the middle of the tawa.
Sprinkle oil on and around the dosa.
Now sprinkle chopped onion and tomato on the top of the dosa.
When the dosa is fried on one side flip it to other side and fry.
Remove from Tawa.
Now the Chenagapindi dosa is ready to serve, serve with any chutney.
