Cabbage Pakoda Recipe
Cabbage pakoda is a snack recipe. It can be prepared with simple ingredients. Cabbage pakoda is a easy to prepare recipe and served as evening snacks
Ingredients to prepare :
Cabbage : 1/2 cabbage
Chopped Onions – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 1cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 2
Jeera – 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Grate the cabbage.
Take grated cabbage into a mixing bowl.
Add chopped onions, gram flour, rice flour, chopped green chilles, jeera, salt and mix well.
Add little water and mix to make a dough.
Heat oil in pan.
Drop cabbage like a pakoda into the hot oil.
Fry on both sides till golden brown.
Remove from oil and place on a paper napkin.
Serve hot.
