Broccoli Curry Recipe
Hi today let’s see how to prepare broccoli curry.
Ingredients Required :
Broccoli – 1 medium sized
Onions – 2
Tomato – 1
Potato – 1
Carrots – 2 small
Ginger garlic paste
Green ChilliĀ Paste
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder – quarter tea spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – 2 table spoons
Preparation Method :
Cut Broccoli into medium sized pieces.
Chop onions, tomatoes, carrots and potatoes.
Heat Oil in pan.
Add chopped onions and saute till transparent
Add potatoes and stir fry
Then add carrots, curry leaves and mix well.
Add broccoli pieces and fry for few seconds.
Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and mix.
Add green chilli paste, salt and mix
Add chopped tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for few seconds.
After few seconds, remove cover, add some water, cover and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander, now the tasty broccoli curry is ready to serve.
Serve with rice, roti, chapati or paratha.
