Water is very essential for a healthy body, as it is important for all the functions of the body. Our body weight is composed of about 50% to 70% of water. Water keeps us well hydrated and helps in flushing out toxins and waste products out of the body.
Our body uses water in all its cells, organs and tissues to make it to regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. As our body loses water through breathing, sweating and digestion, it is very important to rehydrate our body by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.
Drinking Water helps to maintain balance of body fluids. The functions of the bodily fluids are it helps in digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature.
Water also essential for processing the nutrients from the food we take in. It is necessary to drink at least 2 liters or 8 glasses of water everyday to keep yourself healthy and fit.
