Bendakaya Tomato Curry
Ingredients :
Bendakaya Tomato Curry
Lady’s finger – 1/4 kg
Tomatoes – 3
Onions – 1
Green Chillies – 4
Coriander – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – 1 tea spoon
Oil – 3 table spoons
Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
Mirchi Powder – 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
Heat a pan
Add oil and heat
Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves
Cover and fry till golden brown
Now add chopped lady’s finger
Mix well
Cover and cook on low flame
After 5 minutes remove lid
Add tomato pieces and mix
Add turmeric powder and salt
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
Remove lid and check
Add mirchi powder and mix
Add little water for gravy
Add coriander and mix
Cover and cook for 2 mins
Remove lid and check
Now Bendakaya Tomato curry is ready to serve.
