Bendakaya Kobbari Fry Recipe
Ingredients
Lady’s Finger -1/2 kg
Coconut – half part
Curry leaves – 1 twig
Coriander – 2 spoons
Salt – 1 spoon
Oil as needed
Ground nuts – 2 spoons
Garlic cloves – 4 to 5
Red chillies – 2
Mirchi powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 spoon
Tempering Ingredients – 1 spoon
Preparation Method :
Heat a pan
Add oil and heat
Add groundnuts and fry
Add tempering ingredients
Add Red chilies and fry
Add curry leaves
Cover to avoid oil splitting
Now add lady’s finger
Mix well
Fry on medium flame
Keep mixing in between
Add turmeric powder
Fry for some time
Add salt and ground coconut
Mix well
Cover with lid for 2 minutes
Remove lid and check
Add smashed garlic cloves
Add mirchi powder
mix well
Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Now bendakaya fry is ready
Add coriander leaves and mix
Remove from flame and Serve
