The techniques of breathing for pregnant women vary from the normal individual. It is suggested to take 5 times of breathing per minute. Along with breathing the pregnant women should include morning and evening walk in their routine. Always food and diet matters more in each activity. Yoga is a traditional form of exercise that leads to spirituality for everyone. So, proper diet is advisable for the pregnant women doing yoga. They should avoid the spicy, salty and sweets and go for plenty of fruits, green vegetables, juices, buttermilk, yogurt, and greens. The pregnant women strictly avoid the non-vegetarian food and diary products that are hard to be digested.

The doctors also agree to recommend yoga for the pregnant women that is free from side effects but brings tremendous effects to the body and mind for which your baby will get a chance to grow inside you properly. To have a comfortable pregnancy and problem free delivery yoga is the only thing that can reduce all the stress, anxiety and strains. So, yoga should be included in your daily life and practice it regularly as per the body capability and be tensed free during pregnancy because yoga- the traditional exercise is with you to heal all your physical and mental problems in few days.
